MINFORD, OH | 2024 GMC Sierra 1500February 23, 2026I came in for 15,000 mile service on my truck. The manual notes this includes oil and filter change as well as tire rotation. I waited for almost 1 hour and 15 minutes in the waiting room. When the guy came to tell me everything was finished, he noted that they didn't realize I was supposed to also have the tires rotated... However, he assured me that "they looked at the tires and they didn't need it." I'm not sure they understand how tire rotations work. I'll use another dealership in the future.Bud L
