Took a little longer than I expected but excellent work

Smooth, and very pleased. Austin Jones and team did a fantastic job.

Everything went well, as expected. Everyone in the Service department was knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of my questions and handled an additional service request from me without hesitation.

The scheduling was quick and easy. The advisor kept me informed about my service visit. The technician was thorough and fast. The cashier was great. I would highly recommend Glockner Service

Our vehicle was in the shop for 30 days. When we received the vehicle back, we noticed gouges on both sides of the bumper, in the same location. These gouges were not there before. And we were told the bumper would be replaced, so there should not be any gouges on a new bumper. Also, the driver’s side of the hood is a little sprung such that it is elevated at the front corner, and it does not appear to be centered.

Asked them to change my oil and check on something faulty while my truck was there for two weeks waiting for a bumper and nobody did the service on the truck. Also, nobody called me to let me know the truck was finished.
