    The service department was great. They accidentally ordered the wrong running boards and fixed it. Finance was an awful experience. They did not explain everything well enough for me and were extremely rude on the phone. They do this every day so yes they are familiar with everything but we as customers do not do this every day so they need to take the time to explain things that they are charging extra for in the loan. It should be said up front these items that I’m going to go over now we will charge you extra for. Emmanuel went over it so fast and was down right rude on the phone. Pretty much called me a liar. Even if he did say it I must not understood so there was no need to do that. I just nicely asked him a question. There’s need for improvement in your customer service when it comes to your financial dept.
